To be worn on the user's little finger to apply pressure to the nerve points to activate the muscles which control upper airway patency to help reduce or prevent snoring.
How to use...
Simply wear the Ring on the small finger and adjust the ring to a firm but gentle pressure. Best applied half an hour before bed. Limit usage to no more than 12 hours per day. We do recommend the left hand but can be applied to either hand.

Chinese Acupressure
Balancing yin and yang to create stability and health
There are accepted treatments for many common ailments by Using Finger Massage on Acupuncture Points. The concept of the life force of Chi running through ones fingers is not new and has been around for hundreds of years.
Chinese medical theory teaches that the two branches of the body's nervous system, the sympathetic and parasympathetic, correspond to the two halves of the yin-yang circle. The sympathetic branch is the part of the nervous system that mobilizes our bodies to respond to stress. It initiates the fight-or-flight response, a more yang part of the cycle. The parasympathetic branch replenishes and supports the body during rest, the yin part of the cycle.
